The TEBBS (Televised Educational Bulletin Board System) is designed for
in-school display systems. It is a low cost, text only display system.

20 standard text colors to choose from (or customize to any color you choose).

Time and Date anywhere on any text page.
Ability to display background graphics pictures, but limited to special
clip-art libraries available only through DSI.
Spellcheck when typing in the text editor.
36 different page transitions (wipes).
Schedule pages in any order and for up to 999 seconds.
Analog clock display.
Single button to create blended color backgrounds.
General Purpose Interface to send or recognize contact closures.
Available as software only, or as full systems including hardware.
Markets for the TEBBS:
Educational institutions, small
cable companies and private cable installations,
(like hotels, apartment buildings, hospitals, retirement homes, casinos,
ski hills, museums, and bus terminals) where text-only is required, and
no other additional features. If other additional features (like graphics,
local weather, remote communications, crawl line, image capture, sound
