only).
Markets for the ELITE2000:
Any size cable companies and private
cable installations, (like hotels, apartment buildings, hospitals,
retirement homes, casinos, ski hills, museums, bus terminals, schools and
universities) where a full featured system is required that provides advanced
features such as image capture, sound capture, graphics, playback of animation
(.FLI or .AVI) files, and VCR control.
Point of purchase display system in retail
stores (such as drug stores, grocery stores, etc.) where the system is
used for in-store advertisements and national advertising. Because of the
graphics and sound, advertisements can be very similar to actual 30 second
ads that play on normal TV. Ads can be created at the home office and sent
to all remote locations via the communications system, such that all stores
are updated with new information overnight.
Employee communications systems for large corporations,
where the system is used as an electronic bulletin board system in cafeterias
and other high traffic areas. The system can display employee job opportunities,
career advancement classes, information about new job benefits and even
company picnic information.
